1. Overview
The Program involves three parties:
- BBCIncorp, the company service provider.
- Affiliate, an individual or business that successfully introduces new clients to BBCIncorp.
- Client, the end client who uses BBCIncorp services for the first time, following a referral from the Affiliate.
To clarify, this Program operates separately from BBCIncorp’s other standard features and benefits available to users, such as the Wholesalers Partner Program, and participation in this Program will not affect the ability to apply for or receive other benefits.
2. Eligibility Conditions
The Clients must be completely new Clients to BBCIncorp and must not have previously used any BBCIncorp services.
Additionally, the referred Clients must purchase one of these services from BBCIncorp in Hong Kong, Singapore, or offshore jurisdictions supported by BBCIncorp:
- Company formation services, or
- Corporate secretary services.
BBCIncorp reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any referral.
3. Role of the Affiliate
- Affiliates are responsible only for providing the initial contact information of the Client.
- Affiliates will not participate in the operational process of the service provided to the Client.
Specifically, Affiliates will not:
- Participate in email communications regarding the service process.
- Provide documents or information on behalf of the Client.
- Receive access to the Client’s portal account used to manage the company.
The Client remains fully responsible for their own company management and communications with BBCIncorp.
However, Affiliates will receive notifications from BBCIncorp at key stages of the referral process. These notifications may include confirmation that:
- The Client has completed payment for the order.
- The service providing process has been completed.
- The order has been refunded, if applicable.
4. Referral Process
After receiving the referral, BBCIncorp will contact the Client directly and manage the consultation and service process.
When the order is received, BBCIncorp will create a portal account for the Client and record the referral source to ensure invoices and receipts are issued accordingly.

- Payment per individual order.
- Accumulated payments across multiple orders.
- Monthly settlement.
- Cashback payments, or
- Direct discounts when the Affiliate uses BBCIncorp services.
7. Compliance and KYC Requirements
- Passport
- Proof of address
- Curriculum vitae
- Email address
- Phone number
Affiliate KYC records must be updated once per year. In addition, BBCIncorp reserves the right to suspend participation in the Program if compliance requirements are not fulfilled.
8. Limitation of Affiliate Authority
- Provide legal advice on behalf of BBCIncorp.
- Make contractual commitments on behalf of BBCIncorp.
- Represent BBCIncorp in negotiations with Clients.
BBCIncorp retains full responsibility for the consultation, service delivery, and communication with Clients.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
