What are the conditions to become a wholesale partner?
Eligibility for the BBCIncorp Wholesale Partner Program is based on the following evaluation criteria:
- The total number of companies you currently have registered with us and in Active status.
- New purchases made during the evaluation period that meet the Active status requirement.
What is Membership Rank Sustainment Assessment?
It an annual review process designed to evaluate BBCIncorp wholesale partner's standing within the program. This assessment considers key metrics including the volume of companies you manage and additional purchases.
Maintaining or advancing membership rank will unlock additional benefits such as increased discounts, priority support, and more tier-based advantages for our partners.
How does the membership ranking work?
Membership rank is assessed annually each December, based on performance over the entire calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. The assessment results determine your membership rank and associated benefits for the following year.
How do I activate my account after signing up?
Once you sign up and qualify as our wholesale partner, you will receive a welcome email with instructions from your Partnership Manager. Follow the steps to activate your account, and you will be ready to start onboarding your clients and accessing partner benefits.
How can I contact my Partnership Manager?
After signing up, your Partnership Manager's contact details will be provided in the welcome email. They are available to answer questions and offer support during working hours, with response times varying by partnership level, ranging from 24 hours to immediate.
