There is no requirement on minimum registered capital, and the standard is US$50,000. No minimum paid-up required.

When will I do the renewal for my company in Belize?

For the Belize companies incorporated between January 1st and July 31st, the renewal must be made before the company anniversary.

The company formed in Belize from August 1st to December 31st must be renewed before July 31st of the following year.
