Reflecting on 2025: BBCIncorp’s Progress and Achievements

2025 marked a strong and steady year for us at BBCIncorp. Over the year, we welcomed more than 6000 new clients and supported over 1000 company incorporations across multiple jurisdictions worldwide.

As global business conditions evolved, demand continued to rise among entrepreneurs who prioritise reliable, compliant, and efficient corporate services. In response, our team placed consistent focus on service quality, digital improvement, and valuable partnerships.

With these priorities in place, the year unfolded through a series of meaningful milestones, now serving as a solid foundation for 2026.

Year-on-year growth

We achieved a 15 percent growth rate in 2025, reflecting confidence from both new and existing clients. At the same time, we maintained active support for more than 6000 existing businesses across different stages of their journey, from incorporation to compliance and banking support. As our client base expanded, we constantly strive to enhance internal processes, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and accuracy.

New banking partners

The expansion of our banking partner network was another significant milestone of the year.

We formed new partnerships with Aspire and PingPong, two established fintech platforms that support global entrepreneurs with digital banking and cross-border payment solutions. As a result, clients experience simpler account setup, benefit from smoother operations, and faster settlement in markets across the globe.

Recognition and industry milestones

Beyond operational progress, 2025 also brought industry recognition that reinforced BBCIncorp’s long-term commitment to compliance and excellence.

At the beginning of the year, we successfully obtained the TCSP licence in Hong Kong, a mandatory regulatory approval for companies that provide trust and company services such as company formation, corporate secretary, and compliance support. This achievement strengthened our regulatory standing in one of Asia’s most prominent business environments.

In addition, we achieved Xero Gold Partner status from Xero, a leading global cloud accounting service provider and platform. In addition, we were honoured with the 2025 OCBC Valued Partner Award in Hong Kong.

Most recently, we received the Airwallex Outstanding Partner Award 2025 at their Partner Appreciation Night event.

Through these efforts, our professional partners recognised how we collaborate closely with them and, at the same time, consistently provide seamless solutions to enterprises we serve together.
